Lauren Price is a Senior Analyst on the Venture Capital Investment team, where she deep dives into sourcing, evaluating, and investing in pioneering high-growth technology companies that are instrumental in shaping the future of real estate technology.

Prior to joining MetaProp, Lauren was at JLL Spark, a strategic venture capital firm that is embedded within JLL, one of the largest publicly traded real estate brokerage firms in the world. She was a part of the founding team there as a growth associate. She managed a diverse portfolio of investments, focusing on construction, multifamily real estate, and climate technology. While at JLL Spark, Lauren also led initiatives such as the firm's Annual General Meeting and enhancing the firm’s digital presence. Before joining JLL Spark, Lauren was a development associate for a mixed-use real estate developer, PDG. She has a unique background that varies in Real Estate PE, Construction, and VC. However, the similarity between them is her genuine enjoyment of combining business with networking and fostering relationships.

Lauren holds a B.S. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a concentration on Real Estate and Marketing.
