Dana M Wildeboer

Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing for MetaProp, Dana utilizes her marketing and innovation expertise to deepen MetaProp’s marketing competency by raising awareness and educating global audiences about the impact of PropTech and MetaProp’s work across the entire real estate value chain.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dana’s unique skill set spans helping founders bring new products to-market with authenticity, and designing bespoke programs to drive ecosystem engagement and economic development.

The thin red line in Dana’s career is her keen ability to navigate chaos in the earliest stages of brand and product development to create experiences that attract and engage an organization’s ideal customer. Throughout her career she has been part of and led teams that launched global programs, including serving as producer for the first-ever TEDx Conference, TEDxUSC, in 2009 at the University of Southern California. From there she went to lead internal communications at Hulu where she identified and rolled out the best practices to increase familiarity and transparency across the organization's rapidly growing, multi-national team. Dana later went on to build an “accelerator in a box” solution that scaled DreamIt Ventures’ accelerator programs to 5 locations worldwide. In 2017, Dana joined MassChallenge where she was part of the founding team in Texas, and scaled the business across multiple locations and expanded the brand’s reach. Dana left MassChallenge in 2022 as Vice President of Marketing where she was responsible for unifying the organization under a single brand umbrella as the global network for innovators.

In her free time, you can find Dana in the gym, with her family and dogs, or on the yoga mat meditating. Since 2016, Dana hold a space as one of 10 women in history to squat more than 700lbs; she is a kidney cancer survivor, and a self-proclaimed chef and dinner party extraordinaire.
